Bobby checked in for the City of Long Beach out of Pierpoint Landing. We had another nice day of fishing with pretty nice weather. Our 20 anglers caught 3 barracuda, 8 calico bass, 5 sand bass, 100 sculpin (limits), 40 red snapper (limits), 3 sheephead, and 15 whitefish. We caught a pretty good mix. After good bottom fishing, we had good surface action. It would have been better if the sea lions weren't on us. If you're coming out, bring 8-10 oz sinkers and 1/2-1oz leadhead with plastics for ths sculpin, and sliders up 1/4 oz. along with 1-0 and 2-0 hooks to flyline anchovy.
