Cooking your Catch
BLUEFIN -Best for Sashimi or Sushi
Slice the loin in 1/8 inch slices
Dip in Wasabi & Soy Sauce
ALBACORE - On foil, layer sliced lemons, tomatoes, and onions.
Place 3/4 inch slices of albacore loin on top. Put a layer
of vegetables on top of the fish. Place 1/4 tsp of grated ginger
and 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, spread on top of vegetables.
Wrap vegetables and fish in the foil and place on barbeque
for 3 to 5 minutes. Albacore should be white and flake easily
when done.
